অর্ডার প্রক্রিয়াকরণ

• স্টকের উপলব্ধতার উপর ভিত্তি করে পণ্য সরবরাহ করা হবে। সরবরাহের কারণে ডেলিভারি বিলম্বিত হতে পারে।
• অনলাইনে কার্ড/মোবাইল ব্যাংকিং এর মাধ্যমে পেমেন্ট করা অর্ডার গেটওয়ে/ব্যাংক প্রান্ত থেকে নিশ্চিত করার পরে প্রক্রিয়া করা হবে।
• শুধুমাত্র বাংলাদেশের সুবিধাজনক স্থানে বিনামূল্যে হোম ডেলিভারি, উঁচু ভবনের জন্য, পণ্য বিনামূল্যে দ্বিতীয় তলা পর্যন্ত নিয়ে যাওয়া হবে।
• যদি কোনও জালিয়াতি লেনদেন পাওয়া যায় এবং ব্যাংক/গেটওয়ে প্রান্ত থেকে জানানো হয়, আমরা অর্ডার ম্যানেজমেন্ট পোর্টাল থেকে অর্ডারটি ধরে রাখব/বাতিল করব।
• প্রতিটি অর্ডারের জন্য গ্রাহক মুলতুবি, প্রক্রিয়াকরণ, শিপড বা বাতিল অবস্থা সম্পর্কে ইমেল বিজ্ঞপ্তি পাবেন।
• যদি গ্রাহক সেলকমবাজার থেকে যাচাইকরণ কলে সাড়া না দেন, তাহলে আমাদের অর্ডারটি ধরে রাখার/বাতিল করার অধিকার রয়েছে।
• সন্দেহজনক অর্ডার (জাল আইডি, অবৈধ/ভুল ফোন নম্বর, অবৈধ ইমেল বা অবৈধ ঠিকানা) বা অনলাইন লেনদেন জালিয়াতি পাওয়া গেলে অর্ডার আপডেট/বাতিল/হোল্ড করার সমস্ত অধিকার সেলকমবাজার সংরক্ষণ করে।
• রিফান্ড অনুরোধের জন্য, গ্রাহককে support@celcombazar.com এ ইমেল পাঠাতে হবে।

মূল্য এবং ভ্যাট

দয়া করে মনে রাখবেন যে আপনার অর্ডার ডেলিভারির জন্য বাছাই করার সময় দোকানে চার্জ করা মূল্যই হবে। ডেলিভারির দিন পর্যন্ত অর্ডারের প্রকৃত মূল্য নির্ধারণ করা যাবে না কারণ ওয়েবসাইটে উল্লেখিত দাম আপনার অর্ডার বাছাই এবং ডেলিভারির দিন দোকানে দামের চেয়ে উপরে বা নীচে পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।

প্রাপ্যতা

যদি আমাদের যুক্তিসঙ্গত নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরে কোনও কারণে, আমরা কোনও নির্দিষ্ট আইটেম সরবরাহ করতে অক্ষম হই, তাহলে আমরা আপনার কাছে দায়বদ্ধ থাকব না। যখন আপনার অর্ডার করা কোনও আইটেম অনুপলব্ধ থাকে তখন আমরা একটি উপযুক্ত বিকল্প সরবরাহ করার চেষ্টা করব, যদি না আপনি আমাদের তা করতে বলেন।

গ্রহণযোগ্যতা

ডেলিভারি

আপনার অর্ডার দেওয়ার সময় আউটলেট থেকে আপনার দ্বারা নির্দিষ্ট ঠিকানায় 2 কিলোমিটারের মধ্যে ডেলিভারি করা হবে। আউটলেট থেকে 2 কিলোমিটার ব্যাসার্ধের পরে, গ্রাহককে অতিরিক্ত ডেলিভারি চার্জ দিতে হবে।

ক্রেডিট/ডেবিট কার্ড তথ্য

আমাদের জালিয়াতি সনাক্তকরণ কর্মসূচির অংশ হিসেবে, আমাদের নিজস্ব বিবেচনার ভিত্তিতে, ক্রেডিট/ডেবিট কার্ড গ্রহণ করতে অস্বীকার করার অথবা লেনদেন গৃহীত হলে, লেনদেন বাতিল করার অধিকার আমরা সংরক্ষণ করি।

বাতিলকরণ

Please read these product and service terms and conditions carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law and set out the terms under which CelcomBazar makes the products and services available to you ("Product & Services Terms").

Registration Process:

The information (the "Information") provided from your end will be protected by our Privacy Policy. If you use our Website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

We assume no liability to any person for any loss or damage which may arise as a result of any failure by you in protecting your password or account. Any suspicious activities on your account shall be notified to us by contacting us immediately through the address provided below. If we have reason to believe that there is likely to be a breach of security or misuse of the Website, we may require you to change your password or we may suspend your account without any liability to us.

Terms of Use:

The Website can be used only by persons who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Persons who are incompetent to contract are not eligible to use the Website. If your age is below 18 years, your parents or legal guardians can transact on behalf of you if they are registered users/members. We reserve the right to terminate your registration and refuse to provide you with access to the Website if we discover that you are under the age of 18 years.

The Website cannot be accessed by persons whose registration has been suspended or terminated by us for any reason whatsoever. Those who choose to access this Website from outside Bangladesh are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable. We will deliver the products only within the specific area of Bangladesh which is mentioned on the website and will not be liable for any claims relating to any products ordered from outside its jurisdiction.

Order Processing:

• Product will be delivered based on stock availability. Delivery could get delayed due to supply circumstances.
• Orders paid by card/mobile banking will be processed after confirming from the gateway/bank end.
• Free home delivery for convenient locations within Bangladesh only; for high-rise buildings, the product will be carried up to the 2nd floor free of charge.
• If any fraud transaction is found and notified by the bank/gateway, we will hold/cancel the order from the order management portal.
• For each order, the customer will get email notifications for pending, processing, shipped, or canceled statuses.
• If the customer does not respond to the verification call from CelcomBazar, we reserve the right to hold/cancel the order.
• CelcomBazar reserves the right to update/cancel/hold an order if any suspicious activity (fake ID, invalid/wrong phone number, invalid email, or address) or fraud online transaction is found.
• For refund requests, customers need to send an email to support@celcombazar.com.

Prices and VAT:

Please note that the actual price you pay will be the price charged in-store at the time your order is picked for delivery. The actual order value cannot be determined until the day of delivery because the prices stated on the website may vary either above or below the prices in-store on the day your order is picked and delivered.

When your order is delivered, you may return any item and receive a full refund if you are unhappy with the price charged or for any other reason.

VAT will be applicable as per Bangladesh's product category law. The price of the items does not include the delivery charge, which will be charged at the rate specified when you place your order.

Availability:

If for any reason beyond our reasonable control, we are unable to supply a particular item, we will not be liable to you. When an item you have ordered is unavailable, we will attempt to deliver a suitable substitute unless you have asked us not to.

Acceptance:

Your order is an offer to buy from us. A contract is only formed when we have dispatched your order. At any point up until then, we may decline to supply the goods and services to you.

Delivery:

Delivery will be made within 2 KM from the outlet to the address specified by you when you place your order. After a 2 KM radius from the outlet, the customer will need to pay an extra delivery charge. If the product weight is more than 15kg, the customer will need to pay the extra delivery charge.

We will deliver your order to the main entrance of the delivery address. At your request, our employee may carry your order into the delivery address, for example, to a particular floor in an apartment block or into your kitchen, but only if: 1. the employee has your permission, and 2. our employee believes that it is safe and practical to do so as you request. We always reserve the right to deliver only to the main entrance of the delivery address.

Credit/Debit Card Information:

We reserve the right to refuse to accept the Credit/Debit Card or, in such case, cancel the transaction at our sole discretion, as part of our fraud detection program. The Credit/Debit card details provided by you for benefiting from the services on the Website will be truthful, valid, and accurate, and you shall use the Credit/Debit card which is lawfully owned by you.

We will not be liable for any Credit/Debit card fraud. The liability for fraudulent use of a card will be on you, and the responsibility to prove otherwise shall be exclusively on you.

Cancellation:

Please note that there may be certain orders that we may reject or cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

Trademarks and Copyrights:

All intellectual property rights, whether registered or unregistered, in the Site, information content on the Site, and all the website design, including but not limited to text, graphics, software, photos, video, music, sound, and their selection and arrangement, and all software compilations, underlying source code and software shall remain our property.
